As part of my on-going obsession with outdoor swimming and lidos, I worked on a campaign to bring back Peckham Lido. One of the ways to publicise the cause was to hold a ‘#Splashmob’ at the site of the deceased lido. I had to go on live telly at the crack of dawn to talk about it. I was so nervous that I sprinkled pepper onto my coffee right before going on air. Hopefully you can’t tell.
